هفت تنان Climbing Notes

Naser Ramezani from IRAN, ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF writes:

It is better that you spend two days for climbing Haff Tanan. First day for going to the shelter and second day for reaching to the summit and getting back to the city. The shelter has no accommodation and you need to bring everything with you. It is better that do not leave your things alone in the shelter while climbing to the peak. The best and easiest season for climbing is summer; in July and August. Because of time needed for return it is better that in the second day you start at the early morning. You need to have crampons for spending 1 to 1.5 hr on ice towards the peak. You need a guide for reaching to the main peak because there are several peaks as tall as the real peak.

thanks Naser Ramezani
