Refugi Serra d’E Ensija is a payment refuge located in Catalonia (Spain). Available services: blankets, fireplace, food and drinks, internet and toilet. The month of September 1964 the Federation of Excitistas Entities of Catalonia - then under the denomination of Catalan federation of Muntanyisme - inaugurated the Sierra de Ensija refuge, its eleventh mountain equipment at that time. It followed the same architectural structure as the San Jorge and Lagos de la Pera shelters. Located in a magnificent corner surrounded by meadows, very close to its maximum elevation of the Sierra de Ensija, the chief of the peeled chicken (2,321 m), it is an ideal equipment both to spend the night and to stop to eat something. The access roads through the Llobateres ravine and the cold source are a delight.
