Rauhelleren – Climbing, Hiking & Mountaineering information

LOCATION: Rauhelleren is a well-liked tourist cabin where the good old atmosphere still lives in the walls. The cabin is located by Langesjøen in the middle of the Hardangervidda plateau, with an incredible view both east and west. The cabin is centrally located in the cabin and route network on the Hardangervidda plateau, but the surrounding area also offers good opportunities for day trips in the summer that are suitable for families with children, fishing, canoeing, as well as several easily accessible and exciting peaks. In winter, long ski trips over endless white expanses await, followed by fireplaces and good conversations in the evening.
