One of the most used gateways to the western plateau is the T-marked route Haukeliseter - Hellevassbu - Litlos. Along this route there are several great fishing lakes that can be recommended for those interested in fishing. Fishing permits can be purchased at Litlos or via inatur.no. The route is also a varied route that can be recommended both winter and summer. Hellevassbu is within walking distance of the peaks Sandfloegga and Vassdalsegga, both over 1500 meters and well worth a visit.
