Jabal Bil Ays popularly known as Jabal Jaish mountain in UAE is accessible by normal hiking trails starting from Viewing deck to Ghaf Summit and then to take ridge to south and north summit of Jabal Bil Ays.
Fitness and plenty of drinking water with some electrolytes will be sufficient for a seasoned hiker. The ridges are not remote and is frequented by vehicles which take tourist for world's highest ZIPLINE .
Good trek with better than UAE weather with at least 10'C -12'C lower temperatures at Jabal Bil Ays.
