It is located in Busa del Banco, on a small plateau among mountain pines, on the northeastern slopes of the Sorapiss mountain range. Named after Trieste mountaineer Emilio Comici, the bivouac was inaugurated in 1963. It is a prefabricated Apollonio model" structure and has nine beds. Meltwater is nearby.
