It stands on a ridge near Lake Agnello, at the foot of the frontal moraines of the Agnello glacier. Built in 1900 and expanded in 1908, it is named after one of the founders of the Italian Alpine Club (CAI). It has 15 beds during the summer months, and the adjacent Sibille bivouac is available in the winter months.
