Located on the Piano dei Resinelli, on the southern slopes of Grignetta, the Carlo Porta refuge, named after the famous Milanese poet, is a historic building. Built in 1911 at the behest of a group of members of the Milan section, it was one of the first examples of a refuge-hotel" in the history of the CAI.
