- Facilities: Iris Burn Hut stands at about 435 m in a tussock clearing along the Kepler Track in Fiordland National Park. Operated by DOC as a Great Walk hut, it offers communal warmth, lighting and cooking comforts amid alpine forest. Built in the 1980s and expanded to 50 bunks, it lies a short walk from the scenic Iris Burn Waterfall and is reached after a long ridge descent from Luxmore.
