The Castañar is a free refuge located in Castilla y León (Spain). Available services: drinking water. We left the Sta. Agueda Street. At the end of this there is a bifurcation in which we will take the road on the right. This road will become a progressively forest track that we will continue until the next bifurcation. In this bifurcation, the shelter of the Snow and Merendero (about 50m) to the right and the chestnut to the left will mark some arrows. Following the Castañar we will find the shelter at about 3km.
