The Refuge des Dents du Midi is enthroned above the Salanfe reservoir on the edge of a glacier plateau with magnificent views of the Alps from Mont Blanc to the Valais 4000 m peaks and the Bernese Alps. It has a dormitory with 24 beds. In the high season it is serviced, blankets are available but your own hut sleeping bag is recommended. No running water and no food (take your own food with you). Solar lighting, wood burning stove.
