Hiked from Mt. Amari trailhead parking, west to Mt. Sentoboshiyama. Then follow secondary trail (marked by Nirasaki Lions Club) through challenging course past sasa plain up to Strawberry Flat, then to hut for night one. Keep camp at hut. Day 2 rise early to get to Mount Houozan (Mt. Jizogatake), then back to hut for return trip.
