The Engelhornhütte is located at the north-eastern end of the Ochsental valley above the Reichenbach valley. It is the starting point for climbs in the Engelhörner as well as an waypoint for varied hikes from Rosenlaui and Kaltenbrunnensäge. These two starting points form a 4-hour circular hike. The hut offers hot and cold drinks as well as lunch menus and fresh fruit cake to day guests during service hours.
