The best places to stay in this area are Leenane and Clonbur. There are hotels and B&Bs and foodstores in both places. In Leenane there is also a Sleepzone hostel and to the south Ben Lettery hostel is open again.
Access is best from Leenane but for a scenic long hike it can be accessed from Maumtrasna.
