This cabin on a promontory overlooks the Grimsel region. The main attractions are classic high alpine tours and col crossings in summer and winter as well as sport climbing. The area is known for its climbing possibilities for children and juveniles and the training courses in ice and rock on the Bächligletscher. Natural stone steps, the «Lichen» discovery trail and an eminent alluvial plain along the access trail are further attractions of this cabin in Haslital.
