- Facilities: Rifugio Muzio Guido is found at about 1,667 m in the Gran Paradiso National Park’s Valle Orco. Housed in a former 1941 frontier barracks, it was converted by CAI Chivasso in 1948 and named after founding member Guido Muzio in 1965. Managed since 2018 by Paolo and Giulia, it offers around 22–24 bunk-style beds in warm wooden rooms, a lively restaurant and cozy common spaces, all reachable by car.

Located on the edge of the road from Ceresole Reale, towards the bottom of the Orco Valley. The refuge can be reached by car year-round and is a good base for exploring the upper Orco Valley.
