Built in 1930 as a frontier guard post and reborn in 1954 under CAI UGET Cirié, it was fully renovated in the early 2000s. Managed by two mountain‑savvy friends, it blends warm hospitality with modern comforts and easy summer road access.

It is located at the bottom of Pian della Mussa, in the Giasset area. The refuge can be reached by car in the summer months; it accommodates up to 25 people for overnight stays, but has ample space for catering.
