Managed by the CAI Bergamo since 1970, it was inaugurated in 1948 and transformed in 2007 into the region’s first barrier‑free refuge. With around 30 beds and a welcoming restaurant, it blends modern comforts—like hot water and POS payments—with easy access via a gentle one‑hour trail from Valcanale.
