Located on the eastern edge of the Monte Cabianca mountain range, in the Lago Cernello area, the facility, self-managed by volunteers from the section, has 15 beds and is only available in the summer. It can be reached from Valgoglio via a mule track that climbs to Lake Succotto (2.5 hours), from there it's a half-hour walk to the refuge.
