A shelter deep in the valley of Arolla, beautifully secluded, with an impressive view of Haut Glacier d'Arolla and the surrounding mountains between Mont Collon and Les Bouquetins. The octogonal main building with an oven in the middle and the extra woodshed accommodates people who hike on the Haute Route from Zermatt to Chamonix, want to cross the glaciers to reach Valpelline (Italy) and want to do other ascents.
