Gaukhei is the oldest tourist cabin in Setesdal Vesthei, and is a gem of a place! The facility is located on a peaceful embankment deep in the heath. The area has been known for good fishing for over 120 years, and when there are also many day trip destinations in the area, it is highly recommended not to just rush through, but to stay a couple of nights.
