This is the worlds smallest registered mountain and is an easy climb to the summit on the road. So you can drive to the top as well but do not attempt to take a bus or large caravan as the dip at the base is renowned for bottoming out larger vehicles that don't have the clearance. Many a vehicle have needed to be rescued.
There is a toilet and free barbecue on the first level and some very interesting historical and flora notes.
The views are terrific from this hidden gem.
A certificate of climbing is available at the Post Office and Cafe.
Accommodation is available at the local pubs, motel and caravan park
