It is located near Alpe Arnasca, protected by a gigantic monolithic boulder. Inaugurated in 1946 by Vincenzo Schiavio, who dedicated it to the Como mountaineer Carlo Valli who died on the Solleder at Civetta. Completely renovated in 1999.
