- Facilities: Sarjasjaure Mountain Cabin, also known as “Konsul Persson’s cabin, ” lies beside a turquoise glacial lake with a waterfall and sandy beach. Built in 1922 at the behest of the consul’s daughter, it remains an unmanned STF self‑catering refuge with original, compact beds (fewer than ten) and propane cooking. Access is via the Nordkalottleden trail—about 6 km from Stáddajåhkå or from Sulitjelma via Sorjoshytta.
