It is located at the summit of Terminelletto, accessible only on foot via the CAI 401 trail. Until a few years ago, it was served by a chairlift, which was later abandoned and decommissioned. It was the first refuge to be built on the Terminillo massif and a milestone in Lazio mountaineering. It has 13 beds + 2 in the winter shelter. Its strong point is the traditional Roman and Sabine cuisine.
