Opened in 1937–39 in memory of Maria Luisa Milani, it offers warm hospitality with modern comforts—electric heating, hot water, Wi‑Fi, restaurant and bike‑friendly access. The lodge sleeps 70 guests, with a small winter emergency room. Approaches include a scenic 1½–2 h walk or MTB ride from Riale.
