- Facilities: Rifugio Kostner al Vallon sits at about 2, 536 m on the eastern flank of the Sella Group, offering a cozy refuge with hot water, electricity and a welcoming restaurant run by the Agreiter family under CAI Bolzano’s stewardship. With 28–33 bunks, it was begun in 1913, completed in 1988 in memory of Franz Kostner, and is easily reached via Campolongo or the Vallon chairlift.
