- Facilities: Rifugio Chiusa Al Campaccio is tucked at 1,923 m on the sunny southern slopes of Cima San Lorenzo in the Sarntal Alps. Managed by the Obrist family since 2017, this former alpine malga (dating to 1898 and converted into a refuge in 1909) now offers 22 beds in a welcoming restaurant-hut with hot water, child‑friendly touches and mountain‑bike access. A scenic 1¼‑hour hike from Kühhof brings you to its panoramic terrace.

It is located in the pastures of Alpe Campaccio, at the base of the southern slope of Cima di San Lorenzo. The building was originally part of a private mountain hut and was converted into a refuge in the early 1900s. It is an ideal destination for excursions year-round, suitable for the whole family.
