- Facilities: Port Adventure Hunters Hut occupies just above sea level in Rakiura National Park, offering six bunks in a simple shelter maintained by the Rakiura Hunter Camp Trust. Originally built by the Marine Department at Flounder Bay and relocated in the early 1980s, it was upgraded in 2007. Visitors must boil the rain‑tank water and bring their own firewood for the multi‑fuel burner.
