Haldorbu is originally an old shepherd's hut that has been restored and converted into a self-catering cabin. The cabin was originally used for checking and gathering sheep, and the main cabin is still reserved for sheep gatherers for a short period in the fall (late August/early September). The cabin is located in the birch forest belt up to the tree line and has a great view of Kvitfeten and the upper part of Fjelldokkdalen. In 2022, the main cabin was replaced with a new and beautiful cabin.
