Eldåbu (Eldabu) – Climbing, Hiking & Mountaineering information

Eldåbu was built in 1966 and is a cabin with equally good hiking opportunities in both summer and winter. The main cabin has twelve beds and the security cabin six. The terrain in the area is considered relatively easy, and there is great skiing terrain in the winter and exciting hiking opportunities in the summer. If you want a round trip in the area, you can start in Venabu and from there take the trip to Eldåbu, Veslefjellbua and back to Venabu. Between Eldåbu and Veslefjellbua you will find Ramshøgda, where you can experience great views towards Rondane.
