Major Mountain Expedition
A conical peak that has often been termed as the finest piece of mountain architecture. It has a stupendous North face and a well corniced and knife edged ridge on all the sides. It towers a little North of the Panchachulli group of peaks. It is approaced from the Ralam village over Yankchar dhurra pass and down to yankchar glacier. the most feasible way of ascent would be to set up ABC at the base of the South ice fall and then negotiate the seracs of the South face. The SW ridge can be joined near the summit after climbing the South face, which will need the very highest standards of ice and rock climbing. The other approaches to the mountain seems almost impossible.
