Description
This mountain is behind Aix en Provence. It was painted repeatedly by Paul Cezanne. In 102 B.C.it was a scene of a battle between the Roman general Gaius Marius and the Teutones tribe. Marius beat up on the Teutones-hence the name of the mountain.
