Eagle Peak is one of the peaks in the Sir Donald Range. A prominent gendarme on the upper southwest ridge, when seen from the bridge over Cascade Brook strikingly resembles the head of an eagle, is responsible for the naming. Like the other peaks in this range Eagle Peak provides several routes on excellent rock. The approach to the routes is easy on well maintained trails. The summit offers a great view over the huge Illecillewaet Neve and a lot of the peaks of the Rogers Pass area.
