    - For you out of towners

Weather looks perfect for a summit climb for Tuesday 30th August and Wednesday the 31st of August, Thursday looks a bit cloudy and Friday it all turns to shit around lunch. No climbing Friday onward for a while so make the most of the next few days.
The following Tuesday the weather looks to open up again for climbers Tuesday the 6th of September

    Hi,
I am looking at climbing Mt. Taranaki this weekend *April 24th or 25th.

    Hi,

Can you tell me please which day would be the best to climb MT Egmont/Taranaki between this coming Saturday (1st of Sept) and Tuesday the 4th?

    Thanks

(editor replies: Barnabas, Saturday is much much better forecast than Tuesday. If you can wait, there should be stable weather around 4th September)

Hi a question, is possible climb this Monday 25 of June?

Editor replies: Edison, this would be a very bad day with blizzard conditions and snow to low elevations (below 1000m). I strongly urge you to delay until Wednesday at the soonest and to be prepared for alpine conditions and strong winds. A winter ascent of Mt Taranaki is a serious proposition.
